On the latter point, the importance of what is at stake for the applicant in the litigation has to be taken into account (see, among other authorities, the Hokkanen v. Finland judgment of 23 September 1994, Series A no. 299-A, p. 25, para. 69).

. Belgien vom 27. Februar 1980, Serie A, Bd. 35, S. 30; Nr. 56, das Urteil in der Sache Minelli . / . die Schweiz vom 25. März 1983, Serie A, Bd. 62, S. 15, Nr. 27 und das Urteil in der Sache Allenet de Ribemont . / . Frankreich vom 10. Februar 1995, Serie A, Bd. 308, S. 16, Nr. 35).

. Frankreich vom 10. Februar 1995, Serie A, Bd. 308, S. 16, Nr. 35).
