Rechtssache v. K. gegen DEUTSCHLAND
Hinsichtlich des materiellen Schadens weist der Gerichtshof erneut darauf hin, dass nach Art. 60 Abs. 1 der Verfahrensordnung des Gerichtshofs ein Beschwerdeführer, der nach Artikel 41 der Konvention eine gerechte Entschädigung für den Fall zugesprochen bekommen will, dass der Gerichtshof eine Verletzung seiner Rechte aus der Konvention feststellt, einen konkreten Anspruch darauf geltend machen muss (vgl. u.a. Enyedi ./. Rumänien, Individualbeschwerde Nr. 32211/02, Rdnr. 55, 2. Juni 2009).
