The only remedies which Article 35 of the Convention requires to be exhausted are those that relate to the breaches alleged and at the same time are available and sufficient (see, among many authorities, Mifsud v. France (dec.) [GC], no. 57220/00, § 15, ECHR 2002-VIII).
