Compte tenu de ce qui précède, en particulier du comportement de H.B. (voir, Armani Da Silva, précité, § 251, Lamartine et autres (déc.), no 25382/12, § 36, 8 juillet 2014, et Mendy, précitée, § 34), de sa volonté d'agresser la gendarme M.R. et de se saisir de son arme de service qui était chargée, et ce malgré les interventions de M.G. qui a vainement tenté de l'en dissuader et de le maîtriser alors que la situation était particulièrement dangereuse pour sa collègue et lui-même, la décision de M.G. de faire usage de son arme à feu pouvait, dans les circonstances de l'espèce, passer pour justifiée et absolument nécessaire « pour assurer la défense de toute personne contre la violence illégale ", au sens de l'article 2 § 2 a) de la Convention (Giuliani et Gaggio, précité, § 194, et Mendy c.
