Turkey, no. 19180/03, § 42, 7 April 2009; and the Croatian Constitutional Court's decision U-IIIBi-4222/2018 of 5 November 2019 cited in Kusic and Others, § 55), the Court has no reason to doubt that the Constitutional Court will diligently examine the applicants' complaint.
