In the present proceedings, the legitimate aim pursued was the proper administration of justice, by granting RP access to the same procedural facilities as other litigants and enabling him to continue the proceedings which were aimed at the vindication of his right to reputation guaranteed under Article 8 of the Convention (see White v.
