PÉLISSIER AND SASSI v. FRANCE
Auszug aus EGMR, 08.08.2006 - 58922/00
The Court reiterates in this connection that Article 6 § 1 of the Convention imposes on the Contracting States the duty to organise their legal systems in such a way that their courts can meet each of the requirements of that provision, including the obligation to decide cases within a reasonable time (see, among other authorities, Pélissier and Sassi v. France [GC], no. 25444/94, § 74, ECHR 1999-II). - EGMR, 27.06.2000 - 30979/96
FRYDLENDER c. FRANCE
Auszug aus EGMR, 08.08.2006 - 58922/00
The Court has frequently found violations of Article 6 § 1 of the Convention in cases raising issues similar to the one in the present case (see Frydlender v. France [GC], no. 30979/96, §§ 42-46, ECHR 2000-VII).

EROL c. TURQUIE
Sur ce point, il convient également de souligner que l'issue de la procédure pénale en l'espèce n'était pas déterminante pour le « droit de caractère civil'(Mustafa Türkoglu c. Turquie, no 58922/00, § 40, 8 août 2006, Dikici c. Turquie, no 18308/02, § 25, 20 octobre 2009, Eyüp Güvenç et autres, décision précité, § 40 et §§ 42-44, et Sidika Imren c. Turquie, no 47384/11, § 64, 13 septembre 2016). - EGMR, 23.02.2010 - 31792/06
EVCIMEN v. TURKEY
While the Court notes that it was the applicant himself who had requested the adjournment, it nevertheless bears in mind that it is the role of the domestic courts to manage their proceedings so that they are expeditious and effective (see, Pélissier and Sassi v. France [GC], no. 25444/94, § 74, ECHR 1999-II; Tibbling v. Sweden, no. 59129/00, § 32, 11 October 2005; Mustafa TürkoÄ?lu v. Turkey, no. 58922/00, § 40, 8 August 2006 and Zöhre Akyol v. Turkey, no. 28668/03, § 33, 4 November 2008).
