Suède, arrêt du 23 septembre 1982, série A no 52, p. 26, § 69).

ALUNNI AND OTHERS v. ITALY
Accordingly, it is not unreasonable that the authorities request the applicant to produce additional documents, such as bank details, to allow or speed up the execution of a judgment (see, mutatis mutandis, Kosmidis and Kosmidou v. Greece, no. 32141/04, § 24, 8 November 2007; Burdov v. Russia (no. 2), no. 33509/04, § 69, ECHR 2009; and Arbaciauskiene v. Lithuania, no. 2971/08, § 86, 1 March 2016). - EGMR, 11.01.2024 - 10393/22
UTZERI v.
- EGMR, 14.09.2017 - 17739/09
BOZZA c. ITALIE
Grèce, no 32141/04, § 24, 8 novembre 2007).

DI GIUSEPPE v.
- EGMR, 20.02.2020 - 43543/14
VLASTARIS c.
Grèce (déc.), no 32141/04, 24 octobre 2006, Metaxas c. Grèce, no 8415/02, § 19, 27 mai 2004, et Karahalios c. Grèce (déc.), no 62503/00, 26 septembre 2002). - EGMR, 12.07.2011 - 1001/09
FIX c.
Grèce (no 32141/04, 8 novembre 2007) et Kanellopoulos c.
Grèce, no 14263/04, § 26, 25 janvier 2007 ; Kosmidis et Kosmidou c. Grèce, no 32141/04, § 24, 8 novembre 2007). - EGMR, 18.01.2018 - 3634/04
GAVRIS AND OTHERS v. ROMANIA
In application no. 6329/04, the obligation incumbent on the State authorities to demolish a garage was not enforced as the applicant opposed the demolition, thus contributing substantially to the non-enforcement (see, mutatis mutandis, Kosmidis and Kosmidou v. Greece, no. 32141/04 § 27, 8 November 2007). - EGMR, 18.06.2015 - 3681/04
S.C. BLÂNDUL BEN CM S.R.L. AND OTHERS v. ROMANIA
25424/06 and 36636/06 the applicants" final decisions had only been partially enforced as the applicants have failed to cooperate with the State authorities or comply with the domestic procedural requirements, thus contributing essentially to the non-enforcement (see, mutatis mutandis, Kosmidis and Kosmidou v. Greece, no. 32141/04 § 27, 8 November 2007); and, finally, that in respect of the application no. 50357/06, the applicant has failed to submit significant information, abusing therefore his right of individual petition within the meaning of Article 35 § 3 of the Convention (see Pirtskhalaishvili v. Georgia (dec.), no. 44328/05, 29 April 2010).
