WASSERMAN v. RUSSIA (No. 2)
Auszug aus EGMR, 09.12.2008 - 28971/05
Since enforcement proceedings are regarded as an integral part of the "trial" for the purposes of Article 6 of the Convention (see, as a recent authority, Wasserman v. Russia (no. 2), no. 21071/05, § 51, 10 April 2008), the principles developed in the context of length-of-proceedings cases are also applicable in the situation where an applicant complains of the protracted non-enforcement of a final and enforceable judgment in his favour (as in the present case).

RUNIC AND OTHERS v. BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA
One of the features of such redress is the amount awarded by the national authorities (see Kudic v. Bosnia and Herzegovina, no. 28971/05, § 17, 9 December 2008). - EGMR, 22.01.2013 - 31864/06

STEVANOVIC AND OTHERS v. SERBIA
The principles developed in the context of length-of-proceedings cases are also applicable in the situation where applicants complain of the delayed enforcement of final judgments in their favour, as in the present case (see Kudic v. Bosnia and Herzegovina, no. 28971/05, § 17, 9 December 2008). - EGMR, 17.10.2017 - 4867/16
KAHRIMAN v. BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA
However, since the applicant claimed compensation for the breach of the "reasonable time" requirement (see paragraph 6 above) and the Constitutional Court nevertheless did not award any damages, the applicant can still claim to be a "victim" (see, mutatis mutandis, Kudic v. Bosnia and Herzegovina, no. 28971/05, § 18, 9 December 2008). - EGMR, 15.01.2013 - 1441/07
