Moreover, according to the well-established Court's case law the injured party is entitled to receive the reimbursement of costs and expenses borne in the course of domestic proceedings if those costs and expenses were incurred in order to seek, through the domestic legal order, prevention or redress of a violation (see the Zimmermann and Steiner v.
