KARG v. AUSTRIA
Auszug aus EGMR, 11.12.2008 - 15746/06

Austria (dec.), no. 29749/04, ECHR 6 May 2008; Beck v. Norway, judgment of 26 June 2001, § 27; and Eckle v. Germany, judgment of 15 July 1982, Series A no. 51, § 66). - EGMR, 22.11.1995 - 20166/92
S.W. c. ROYAUME-UNI
Auszug aus EGMR, 11.12.2008 - 15746/06
