Das Recht auf Verfahrensbeschleunigung gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 EMRK in …
Auszug aus EGMR, 12.01.2010 - 22807/07
The Court reiterates that the general principles regarding the right "to trial within a reasonable time or to release pending trial", as guaranteed by Article 5 § 3 of the Convention, have been stated in a number of its previous judgments (see, among many other authorities, Kudla v. Poland [GC], no. 30210/96, §§ 110 et seq., ECHR 2000-XI; and McKay v. the United Kingdom [GC], no. 543/03, §§ 41-44, ECHR 2006-X, with further references). - EGMR, 16.01.2007 - 7870/04
BAK v. POLAND
Auszug aus EGMR, 12.01.2010 - 22807/07
In these circumstances, the Court is not persuaded that the instant case presented particular difficulties for the investigating authorities and for the courts to determine the facts and mount a case against the defendant as would undoubtedly have been the case had the proceedings concerned organised crime (see Celejewski, cited above and Bak v. Poland, no. 7870/04, § 56, ECHR 2007-II).

KOWRYGO v. POLAND
The Court notes that the arguments raised by the Government in the present case are similar to those already examined and rejected in previous cases against Poland (see, among other authorities, Bruczynski v. Poland, no. 19206/03, §§ 38-45, 4 November 2008, and Bista v. Poland, no. 22807/07, §§ 26-30, 12 January 2010).
