Having regard to the facts of the case and its finding of a violation of Article 5 § 1 of the Convention (see paragraph 64 above), the Court considers that there is no need to give a separate ruling on the admissibility or the merits of the applicant's other complaint under Article 5 § 1 or on his complaints under Article 5 §§ 4 and 5 of the Convention (see Centre for Legal Resources on behalf of Valentin Câmpeanu v. Romania [GC], no. 47848/08, § 156, ECHR 2014, and the cases cited therein). - EGMR, 22.03.1995 - 18580/91
QUINN c. FRANCE
Auszug aus EGMR, 13.06.2017 - 81681/12

France, 22 March 1995, § 48, Series A no. 311, and Chahal v. the United Kingdom, 15 November 1996, § 113, Reports of Judgments and Decisions 1996-V), The Court must perform this assessment on a case-by-case basis. - EGMR, 18.02.2014 - 13950/12
