PÉLISSIER AND SASSI v. FRANCE
Auszug aus EGMR, 13.11.2003 - 50178/99
The Court further reiterates that the reasonableness of the length of the proceedings is to be assessed in the light of the particular circumstances of the case, regard being had to the criteria laid down in the Court's case-law, in particular the complexity of the case, the conduct of the applicant and that of the authorities before which the case was brought (cf. Pélissier and Sassi v. France [GC], no. 25444/94, ECHR 1999-II, § 67). - EGMR, 26.10.2000 - 30210/96
Das Recht auf Verfahrensbeschleunigung gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 EMRK in …
Auszug aus EGMR, 13.11.2003 - 50178/99
The effect of Article 13 is thus to require the provision of a domestic remedy to deal with the substance of an "arguable complaint" under the Convention and to grant appropriate relief (see for example Kudla v. Poland [GC], no. 30210/96, § 157, ECHR 2000-XI). - EGMR, 10.12.1982 - 7604/76
FOTI ET AUTRES c. ITALIE
Auszug aus EGMR, 13.11.2003 - 50178/99
The Court recalls that in assessing the reasonableness of the time that elapsed after the entry of the Convention into force, account must be taken of the then state of proceedings (see Foti and others v. Italy judgment of 10 December 1982, Series A no. 56, p. 18, § 53).
