The Court also observes that the lawyer did not even attempt to comply with the Higher Specialised Court's instructions and merely re-introduced the same text, which had earlier been criticised (see paragraph 21 above; and, for a comparable example from the case-law, see Wojciechowski v. Poland (dec.), no. 23362/02, 13 December 2005).
