The Court reiterates that Article 5 § 5 of the Convention is complied with where it is possible to apply for compensation in respect of a deprivation of liberty effected in conditions contrary to Article 5 §§ 1, 2, 3 or 4. Having regard to its assessment and finding under Article 8 of the Convention (see paragraphs 71-78 above), the Court considers that it has examined the main legal issue raised in the present application in respect of the administrative-supervision measure and that there is no need to give a separate ruling on the admissibility and merits of the above-mentioned complaint under Article 2 of Protocol No. 4 (see Centre for Legal Resources on behalf of Valentin Câmpeanu v. Romania [GC], no. 47848/08, § 156, ECHR 2014).
