  Ein von Art. 10 EMRK gewährleisteter Beitrag von allgemeinem Interesse kann nach der Rechtsprechung des Gerichtshofs insbesondere in der Ermöglichung öffentlicher Kontrolle auch des privaten Gebarens einflussreicher Personen etwa des Wirtschaftslebens, der Kultur oder des Journalismus bestehen (vgl.   Dies gilt auch dann, wenn diese Berichterstattung Fotos des Betroffenen beinhaltet, sofern es sich dabei um eine Person des öffentlichen Lebens ("public figure" im Gegensatz zu "ordinary person") handelt (EGMR, Urteil vom 14.
