ASHINGDANE v. THE UNITED KINGDOM
Auszug aus EGMR, 15.02.2007 - 51343/99
Such "access" of itself does not exhaust the requirements of Article 6 § 1 of the Convention (see Ashingdane v. the United Kingdom, judgment of 28 May 1985, Series A no. 93, p. 24, §§ 56 and 57).
