However, it cannot give rise to any finding as regards the length of the proceedings as a whole, nor can it give rise to redress, for example compensation or reduction of sentence, for any unreasonable delay to that point (see mutatis mutandis Eckle v. Germany jugdment of 15 July 1982, Series A no. 51, pp. 30-33, §§ 66-70).
