Greece [GC], no. 25701/94, § 50, ECHR 2000-XII). - EGMR, 08.07.1986 - 9006/80

Italy, [GC], no. 33202/96, §§ 111 and 114, ECHR 2000-I; and Sporrong and Lönnroth v. Sweden, judgment of 23 September 1982, Series A no. 73). - EGMR, 09.10.1979 - 6289/73

Ireland, judgment of 9 October 1979, Series A no. 32, §§ 26-28).

Stran Greek Refineries and Stratis Andreadis v. Greece, judgment of 9 December 1994, Series A no. 301-B, § 59).
