  La Cour rappelle que le délai des six mois prévu à l'article 35 § 1 de la Convention commence à courir à partir de la date à laquelle le requérant et/ou son représentant a une connaissance suffisante de la décision interne définitive, étant entendu que cette date est, en principe, celle de la signification de la décision, si ce moyen est prévu par le droit interne, sauf s'il est démontré que les intéressés en ont eu connaissance auparavant (Worm c. Autriche, 29 août 1997, § 33, Recueil des arrêts et décisions 1997-V, et Baghli c. France, no 34374/97, § 31, CEDH 1999-VIII).

  KOZMA v. UKRAINE

  In the case of Osman Baydemir and Others v. Turkey [Committee] (dec.) (no. 52428/08, 16 May 2017), the Court took as relevant the fact that the applicants and their lawyers were present for the oral notification of the final judgment and took the date of the hearing as the starting point of the six-month time-limit, since the applicants had "effective and sufficient knowledge of the final domestic decision" even before receiving the decision in a written form.
