It has further found no indication in the case file that the applicant's living conditions in the Netherlands would be comparable to the living conditions in Greece of the applicant in the case of M.S.S. (cited above) or that the applicant's current living conditions in the Netherlands and/or future prospects, either from a material, physical or psychological perspective, would be of such harrowing hardship that the applicant's situation must be regarded as having attained a minimum level of severity required for treatment to fall within the scope of Article 3 of the Convention (see, inter alia, Ireland v. the United Kingdom, 18 January 1978, § 162, Series A no. 25; Jalloh v.
