HANDYSIDE v. THE UNITED KINGDOM
France [GC], no 29369/10, §§ 124 à 127, CEDH 2015). - EGMR, 10.11.2016 - 18288/06
BOYKANOV c. BULGARIE
France, no 54968/00, § 37, 22 décembre 2005, Boykanov c. Bulgarie, no 18288/06, § 37, 10 novembre 2016). - EGMR, 15.12.2015 - 29024/11
BONO c. FRANCE

Italie (no 1), no 40877/98, § 62, CEDH 2003-I ; voir également, a contrario, Ottan c. France, no 41841/12, § 63, 18 avril 2018). - EGMR, 15.11.2022 - 24919/20
MARCINKEVICIUS v. LITHUANIA
The Court, relying on its relevant case-law, considers that, in the circumstances of the present case, the finding of a violation constitutes in itself sufficient just satisfaction for any non-pecuniary damage sustained by the applicant (see Perinçek v. Switzerland [GC], no. 27510/08, § 295, ECHR 2015 (extracts); Tavares de Almeida Fernandes and Almeida Fernandes v. Portugal, no. 31566/13, § 88, 17 January 2017; and Ottan v. France, no. 41841/12, § 79, 19 April 2018). - EGMR, 30.01.2020 - 74354/13
NAMAZOV v. AZERBAIJAN
As regards the regulation of the legal profession, the Court also considers it necessary to reiterate that the proper functioning of the courts would not be possible without relations based on consideration and mutual respect between the various protagonists in the justice system, at the forefront of which are judges and lawyers (see Bono v. France, no. 29024/11, § 51, 15 December 2015, and Ottan v. France, no. 41841/12, § 72, 19 April 2018). - EGMR, 26.11.2019 - 29088/08
SAVENKO (LIMONOV) v. RUSSIA
As regards the form and contents of the statement, the Court notes that it was the applicant's reaction in the context of an oral exchange during a live radio broadcast, so that he had no possibility of reformulating, refining or retracting it before it was made public (compare Fuentes Bobo v. Spain, no. 39293/98, § 46, 29 February 2000, and Ottan v. France, no. 41841/12, § 69, 19 April 2018).
