Auszug aus EGMR, 19.12.2013 - 48866/10
These standards imply that the ill-treatment the applicant alleges he will face if returned must attain a minimum level of severity if it is to fall within the scope of Article 3. The assessment of this is relative, depending on all the circumstances of the case (Hilal v. the United Kingdom, no. 45276/99, § 60, ECHR 2001-II). - EGMR, 28.05.1985 - 9214/80
ABDULAZIZ, CABALES AND BALKANDALI v. THE UNITED KINGDOM
Auszug aus EGMR, 19.12.2013 - 48866/10
The Court reiterates that Contracting States have the right, as a matter of well-established international law and subject to their treaty obligations, including the Convention, to control the entry, residence and expulsion of aliens (see, for example, Abdulaziz, Cabales and Balkandali v. the United Kingdom, judgment of 28 May 1985, Series A no. 94, p. 34, § 67; Boujlifa v. France, judgment of 21 October 1997, Reports 1997-VI, p. 2264, § 42; and Üner v. the Netherlands [GC], no. 46410/99, § 54, ECHR 2006-XII).

F.G. v. SWEDEN
The Court will therefore also examine the two Articles together (see, among other authorities, mutatis mutandis, Mocanu and Others v. Romania [GC], nos. 10865/09, 45886/07 and 32431/08, § 314, ECHR 2014 (extracts); T.A. v. Sweden, no. 48866/10, § 37, 19 December 2013; K.A.B. v. Sweden, no. 886/11, § 67, 5 September 2013; Kaboulov v. Ukraine, no. 41015/04, § 99, 19 November 2009; and F.H. v. Sweden, no. 32621/06, § 72, 20 January 2009). - EGMR, 30.05.2017 - 23378/15
A.I. c. SUISSE
Suisse, no 65692/12, § 45, 14 avril 2015, T.A. c. Suède, no 48866/10, § 37, 19 décembre 2013, et K.A.B. c. Suède, no 886/11, § 67, 5 septembre 2013). - EGMR, 30.05.2017 - 50364/14
N.A. c. SUISSE

Suède [GC], no 43611/11, § 110, CEDH 2016, Tatar c. Suisse, no 65692/12, § 45, 14 avril 2015, T.A. c. Suède, no 48866/10, § 37, 19 décembre 2013, et K.A.B. c.
