Eckle./. Deutschland
Auszug aus EGMR, 20.03.2008 - 32461/02
The Court does not discern a sufficient causal link between the violations found and the pecuniary damage alleged; it therefore rejects this claim (see Eckle v. Germany (Article 50), judgment of 21 June 1983, Series A no. 65, pp. - EGMR, 10.12.1982 - 8304/78
CORIGLIANO v. ITALY
Auszug aus EGMR, 20.03.2008 - 32461/02
The period to be taken into consideration began on 9 October 1995, when the applicant was charged (see Corigliano v. Italy, judgment of 10 December 1982, Series A no. 57, p. 14, § 35 in fine), and ended on 20 September 2004, when the Pleven Regional Court's decision to discontinue the proceedings against him entered into force. - EGMR, 15.07.1982 - 8130/78

The question whether the applicant may still claim to be a victim in respect of their length is therefore intimately connected with the merits of his complaint, namely the extent of the alleged breach of his right to a trial within a reasonable time (see Eckle v. Germany, judgment of 15 July 1982, Series A no. 51, p. 32, § 70 in fine).

RADEV v. BULGARIA
However, in the light of all the material in its possession, and in so far as the matters complained of were within its competence, the Court finds that they do not disclose any appearance of a violation of the rights and freedoms set out in the Convention or its Protocols (see Hristov v. Bulgaria (dec.), no. 32461/02, ECHR, 3 April 2006).
