RYSOVSKYY v. UKRAINE
Auszug aus EGMR, 20.05.2021 - 56714/11
It is therefore unclear whether there was an interference with the applicant company's possessions in a form of de facto "deprivation" or control of property for the purposes of Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (see, mutatis mutandis, Rysovskyy v. Ukraine, no. 29979/04, § 68, 20 October 2011). - EGMR, 17.07.2014 - 47848/08
CENTRE FOR LEGAL RESOURCES ON BEHALF OF VALENTIN CÂMPEANU v. ROMANIA
Auszug aus EGMR, 20.05.2021 - 56714/11
Having regard to its findings under Article 1 of Protocol No. 1, the Court considers that it has examined the main legal question raised in the present application, and that there is no need to give a separate ruling on the admissibility and merits of the complaint under Article 6 § 1 (see, for example, Centre for Legal Resources on behalf of Valentin Câmpeanu v. Romania [GC], no. 47848/08, § 156, ECHR 2014).
