NILSEN AND JOHNSEN v. NORWAY
Auszug aus EGMR, 21.12.2000 - 33958/96
The Court, in accordance with its case-law, will consider whether the costs and expenses claimed were actually and necessarily incurred in order to prevent or obtain redress for the matter found to constitute a violation of the Convention and were reasonable as to quantum (see, for instance, Nilsen and Johnsen v. Norway [GC], no. 23118/93, § 62, ECHR 1999-VIII). - EGMR, 22.10.1984 - 8790/79
Sramek ./. Österreich
Auszug aus EGMR, 21.12.2000 - 33958/96
In the Government's opinion, Article 6 of the Convention did not exclude "mixed" courts where, as for instance in the Sramek v. Austria case, practising lawyers acted as judges (see the judgment of 22 October 1984, Series A no. 84, p. 19, § 40). - EGMR, 25.03.1983 - 8660/79
Minelli ./. Schweiz
Auszug aus EGMR, 21.12.2000 - 33958/96
The Court recalls at the outset that in proceedings originating in an individual application it has to confine itself, as far as possible, to a examination of the concrete case before it (see the Minelli v. Switzerland judgment of 25 March 1983, Series A no. 62, p. 17, § 35).

OLEKSANDR VOLKOV c. UKRAINE
According to the Court's settled case-law, the existence of impartiality for the purposes of Article 6 § 1 must be determined according to: (i) a subjective test, where regard must be had to the personal conviction and behaviour of a particular judge - that is, whether the judge held any personal prejudice or bias in a given case; and (ii) an objective test, that is to say by ascertaining whether the tribunal itself and, among other aspects, its composition, offered sufficient guarantees to exclude any legitimate doubt in respect of its impartiality (see, among other authorities, Fey v. Austria, 24 February 1993, §§ 28 and 30, Series A no. 255, and Wettstein v. Switzerland, no. 33958/96, § 42, ECHR 2000-XII). - EGMR, 18.05.2004 - 58148/00
ÉDITIONS PLON c. FRANCE
It further reiterates that, where it finds that there has been a violation of the Convention, it may award the applicant the costs and expenses incurred before the national courts for the prevention or redress of the violation (see, among other authorities, Zimmermann and Steiner v. Switzerland, judgment of 13 July 1983, Series A no. 66, p. 14, § 36, and Hertel, cited above, p. 2334, § 63), and that it has the task of assessing whether the costs and expenses claimed were actually and necessarily incurred for that purpose and are reasonable as to quantum (see, among other authorities, Wettstein v. Switzerland, no. 33958/96, § 56, ECHR 2000-XII). - EGMR, 10.08.2006 - 75737/01

KYRTATOS c. GRECE
Suisse, no 33958/96, § 56, CEDH 2000-XII). - EGMR, 13.11.2012 - 47039/11
HRISTOZOV AND OTHERS v. BULGARIA
The Court must also confine its attention, as far as possible, to the particular circumstances of the case before it (see, among other authorities, Wettstein v. Switzerland, no. 33958/96, § 41, ECHR 2000-XII, and Sommerfeld, cited above, § 86). - EGMR, 12.01.2016 - 57774/13
