FRYDLENDER c. FRANCE
Auszug aus EGMR, 22.02.2007 - 76835/01
The Court reiterates that the reasonableness of the length of proceedings must be assessed in the light of the circumstances of the case and with reference to the following criteria: the complexity of the case, the conduct of the applicants and the relevant authorities and what was at stake for the applicants in the dispute (see, among many other authorities, Frydlender v. France [GC], no. 30979/96, § 43, ECHR 2000-VII). - EGMR, 08.06.1995 - 16419/90

LIGERES v. LATVIA
As regards the conduct of the applicants, the Court first notes that it does not share the Government's view that that the applicants should be held responsible because they had submitted an appeal (see Kolomiyets v. Russia, no. 76835/01, § 29, 22 February 2007). - EGMR, 05.09.2017 - 32211/11
