Referring to the Court's findings in the case of Edwards v. the United Kingdom (judgment of 16 December 1992, Series A no. 247-B), the applicant argues that if a trial is to be fair, the investigating and prosecution authorities must ultimately disclose to the defence in criminal proceedings all investigation results which are of importance.1 of the Convention that the prosecution authorities disclose to the defence all material evidence for or against the accused (see the Edwards v. United Kingdom judgment of 16 December 1992, Series A no. 247-B, p. 35, § 36).
