FRYDLENDER c. FRANCE
Auszug aus EGMR, 25.06.2009 - 42046/06
The Court reiterates that the reasonableness of the length of proceedings must be assessed in the light of the circumstances of the case and with reference to the following criteria: the complexity of the case, the conduct of the applicants and the relevant authorities and what was at stake for the applicants in the dispute (see, among many other authorities, Frydlender v. France [GC], no. 30979/96, § 43, ECHR 2000-VII). - EGMR, 26.10.2000 - 30210/96
Das Recht auf Verfahrensbeschleunigung gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 EMRK in …
Auszug aus EGMR, 25.06.2009 - 42046/06
The Court reiterates that Article 13 guarantees an effective remedy before a national authority for an alleged breach of the requirement under Article 6 § 1 to hear a case within a reasonable time (see Kudla v. Poland [GC], no. 30210/96, § 156, ECHR 2000-XI). - EGMR, 17.02.2009 - 34030/07
JALOWIECKI v. POLAND
Auszug aus EGMR, 25.06.2009 - 42046/06
The Court reiterates that where an applicant is entitled to be served ex officio with a written copy of the final domestic decision, the object and purpose of Article 35 § 1 of the Convention are best served by counting the six-month period as running from the date of service of the written judgment (see Jalowiecki v. Poland, no. 34030/07, § 21, 17 February 2009, Papachelas v. Greece [GC], no. 31423/96, § 30, ECHR 1999-II, and Worm v. Austria, § 33, 29 August 1997, Reports of Judgments and Decisions 1997-V). - EGMR, 07.06.2017 - 53084/99
KORMACHEVA ET 105 AUTRES AFFAIRES CONTRE LA RUSSIE
Auszug aus EGMR, 25.06.2009 - 42046/06
It notes that the Government did not indicate any remedy that could have expedited the determination of the first applicant's case or provided him with adequate redress for the delays that had already occurred (see Kormacheva v. Russia, no. 53084/99, 29 January 2004, § 64).

FATEYENKOV AND OTHERS v. RUSSIA
Thus, even though L. M. Akhtyamova and A. M. Akhtyamov did not have a formal status of parties to the proceedings from the start, the Court finds that their own "civil rights and obligations" were at issue in those proceedings (contrast with Zaytsev and Others v. Russia, no. 42046/06, § 36, 25 June 2009).
