The Court recalls that respect for private life also comprises to a certain degree the right to establish and develop relationships with other human beings and that it would be too restrictive to limit the notion of "private life" to an "inner circle" in which the individual may live his own personal life as he chooses and to exclude therefrom entirely the outside world not within that circle (see the Niemietz v. Germany judgment of 16 December 1992, Series A no. 251-B, p. 33, § 29).
