  En l'espèce, elle constate qu'il ne ressort pas des pièces du dossier dont elle est saisie que pendant le procès, notamment après l'audition de M., le juge Z. ait rappelé aux jurés l'importance de ne pas rechercher d'informations sur l'affaire dans les médias, y compris les médias sur Internet (voir, à titre de comparaison, Abdulla Ali c Royaume-Uni, no 30971/12, §§ 40-41 et 96, 30 juin 2015, où le juge avait rappelé aux jurés de manière « intermittente'pendant tout le procès qu'ils ne devaient pas faire de recherches sur Internet relativement à l'affaire pénale soumise à leur examen).

  La Cour a tenu compte de ce principe dans l'affaire Abdulla Ali, où elle s'est exprimée en ces termes: « [d]"ailleurs, le requérant n'a pas cité une seule affaire où la Cour aurait conclu à la violation de l'article 6 au motif qu'une publicité négative aurait porté atteinte à l'équité du procès lui-même (Abdulla Ali c. Royaume-Uni, no 30971/12, § 91, 30 juin 2015).
