Apart from the arguments which have already been discussed by the Court in similar cases (see R. Kacapor and Others, cited above, and Vlahovic, cited above), the Government also submitted that since the restructuring had been ordered in the public interest, the enforcement of the judgments had been suspended in accordance with the law, as well as in line with the Court's case-law, since Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 does not guarantee a right to full compensation in all circumstances (Lithgow and Others v. the United Kingdom, 8 July 1986, § 121, Series A no. 102).
