VOLINTIRU c. ITALIE
Pologne, no 23037/16, § 69, 20 octobre 2022 et Nicolae Virgiliu Tanase, précité, §§ 166-168):. - EGMR, 30.01.2024 - 16792/18
GORA c. ROUMANIE
Pologne, no 23037/16, §§ 82-83, 20 octobre 2022). - EGMR, 30.01.2024 - 34716/18
MARINESCU c. ROUMANIE
Pologne, no 23037/16, §§ 82-83, 20 octobre 2022).
- EGMR, 26.10.2023 - 52641/16
K.P. v. POLAND
The civil proceedings, if successful, could have led to the award of appropriate redress (see, mutatis mutandis, Kornicka-Ziobro v. Poland, no. 23037/16, § 82, 20 October 2022). - EGMR, 23.01.2024 - 42565/19
PERICOLO v. ITALY
The main question is instead whether, in the circumstances of the case viewed as a whole, the State could be said to have complied with its procedural requirements under Article 2 of the Convention (see Kornicka-Ziobro v. Poland, no. 23037/16, § 81, 20 October 2022). - EGMR, 24.10.2023 - 2022/18
LUNGU c. ROUMANIE
Roumanie, no 21854/18, § 90, 30 août 2022, et Kornicka-Ziobro c. Pologne, no 23037/16, §§ 82-83, 20 octobre 2022). - EGMR, 05.09.2023 - 57834/19
SPATARU c. ROUMANIE
Pologne, no 23037/16, §§ 82-83, 20 octobre 2022). - EGMR, 03.10.2023 - 27571/18
OPREA c. ROUMANIE
République de Moldova, no 63789/13, § 31, 13 avril 2021 ; Tusa, précité, § 90, et Kornicka-Ziobro c Pologne, no 23037/16, §§ 82-83, 20 octobre 2022).
