Im Rahmen eines gegen ihn gerichteten Zwangsvollstreckungsverfahrens wegen einer Forderung in Höhe von 113,- EUR beantragte der Beschwerdeführer am 8. März 2018 Einsicht in die Sonderakte DR II 247/18 der zuständigen Gerichtsvollzieherin.Am 8. Januar 2019, der Beschwerdeführer hatte bis dahin weder selbst Einsicht in die Sonderakte DR II 247/18 nehmen können noch Ablichtungen daraus erhalten, stand in dem Zwangsvollstreckungsverfahren ein Termin zur Abgabe der Vermögensauskunft an, den der Beschwerdeführer nicht wahrnahm.
Das Landgericht übersandte die Ablichtungen aus der Sonderakte DR II 247/18 schließlich mit Schreiben vom 27. August 2019.
Er sieht sich durch die Beschlüsse des Landgerichts vom 8. November 2019 und vom 2. Januar 2020 in seinem Anspruch auf rechtliches Gehör aus Art. 4 Abs. 1 LV i. V. m. Art. 103 Abs. 1 GG verletzt, weil das Landgericht die beigezogenen Sonderakten DR II 247/18 und DR II 264/19 der Gerichtsvollzieherin bei der Entscheidungsfindung berücksichtigt habe, ohne ihm in ausreichender Form Gelegenheit zur Stellungnahme zum Akteninhalt zu geben.
