Relying on principles which are well-established in its case-law (see, among numerous other authorities, Gochev v. Bulgaria, no. 34383/03, §§ 49-50, 26 November 2009; Khlyustov v. Russia, no. 28975/05, § 91, 11 July 2013; and Battista v.
