The Commission is satisfied therefore that having regard to the previous case-law of the Commission and the European Court of Human Rights (see e.g. Eur. Court H.R. König judgment of 28.6.78, Series A no. 28, Application No. 7116/75, Dec. 4.10.76, D.R. 7 p. 91 and Application No. 8366/78, Dec. 8.3.79, D.R. 16 p. 196) the proceedings, including both the appeal and the motions which were ancillary to the appeal, concerned the determination of civil rights and accordingly that Article 6 para. - EKMR, 08.03.1979 - 8366/78
