Auszug aus EKMR, 14.09.2004 - 61651/00
In this connection the Court reiterates that an applicant may lose his status as a "victim" of a Convention breach where the national authorities acknowledge, either expressly or in substance, and then afford redress for, the breach (see Amuur v. France, judgment of 25 June 1996, Series A no. 65, § 36). - EGMR, 13.07.1995 - 18139/91
TOLSTOY MILOSLAVSKY v. THE UNITED KINGDOM
Auszug aus EKMR, 14.09.2004 - 61651/00
