The Commission recalls that, according to the constant case-law of the Convention organs, Article 25 (Art. 25) of the Convention does not permit individuals to complain about a domestic law in abstracto and claim to be a victim of a violation of the Convention simply because they feel the domestic law contravenes the Convention (cf., for example, Eur.
