The applicants finally complain that they had no effective remedy for their complaints under Article 8 (Art. 8) of the Convention and Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (P1-1) and that there has accordingly been a breach of Article 13 (Art. 13) of the Convention which guarantees to everyone whose rights and freedoms as set out in the Convention are (allegedly) violated an effective remedy before a national authority in order both to have his claim decided and, if appropriate, to obtain redress (Eur.
