The Commission therefore finds that the applicants have not yet given the Cypriot courts the opportunity which is in principle intended to be afforded to Contracting States by Article 26 (Art. 26), namely the opportunity of preventing or redressing the violations alleged against them (cf., inter alia, Eur.
