A.S.P.A.S. ET LASGREZAS c. FRANCE
Italie (no 2), no 26740/02, §§ 20 et 21, 31 mai 2007). - EKMR, 16.04.1991 - 15404/89
PURCELL AND OTHERS c. IRLANDE
The fact alone that the trade unions consider themselves as guardians of the collective interests of their members does not suffice to make them victims within the meaning of Article 25 (Art. 25) (cf. No. 9900/82, Dec. 4.5.83, D.R. 32 p. 261; No. 9939/82, Dec. 4.7.83, D.R. 34 p. 213; No. 10733/84, Dec. 11.3.85, D.R. 41 p. 211). - EKMR, 10.04.1997 - 27633/95
STADLER v. AUSTRIA
The Commission recalls that Article 14 (Art. 14) of the Convention has no independent existence in that, as stated in the Convention itself, it covers only "rights and freedoms recognised in the Convention" (No. 10733/84, Dec. 11.3.85, D.R. 41, p. 211; No. 10503/83, Dec. 16.5.85, D.R. 42, p. 162; No. 23728/94, Dec. 16.5.95, unpublished). - EKMR, 17.01.1996 - 24738/94
KAUKONEN v. FINLAND
As regards the complaint concerning the request for the postponement of the enforcement of the sentence made under Article 6 (Art. 6) the Commission recalls that where the person concerned has already been convicted, any dispute concerning the postponement of the enforcement of the sentence falls outside the scope of Article 6 (Art. 6) of the Convention since the dispute has ceased to involve a criminal charge against the applicant within the meaning of Article 6 (Art. 6) (cf. mutatis mutandi No. 10733/84, Dec. 11.3.85, D.R. 41 p. 211).
