D.M.T. ET D.K.I. c. BULGARIE
- EGMR, 13.06.2023 - 51056/21
OSSO v. BULGARIA
Also, a request for fixing of time-limit could not provide effective redress in respect of delays resulting from courts' own failure to organise proper examination of the case, or in situations in which the proceedings had lasted too long without there being identifiable periods of inactivity (see Deyanov v. Bulgaria, no. 2930/04, §§ 69-70, 30 September 2010). - EGMR, 26.07.2012 - 13364/05
KECHEV c. BULGARIE
Serbie, no 48155/06, §§ 56-58, 7 juin 2011 et Finger c. Bulgarie, no 37346/05, §§ 74-77, 10 mai 2011).

FRYDLENDER c. FRANCE
Auszug aus EGMR, 10.06.2010 - 12499/05
The reasonableness of the length of proceedings must be assessed in the light of the circumstances of the case and with reference to the following criteria: the complexity of the case, the conduct of the applicant and the relevant authorities and what was at stake for the applicant in the dispute (see, among many other authorities, Frydlender v. France [GC], no. 30979/96, § 43, ECHR 2000-VII). - EGMR, 26.10.2000 - 30210/96
Das Recht auf Verfahrensbeschleunigung gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 EMRK in …
Auszug aus EGMR, 10.06.2010 - 12499/05
Remedies available to a litigant at domestic level are "effective", within the meaning of Article 13, if they prevent the alleged violation or its continuation, or provide adequate redress for any violation that has already occurred (see Kudla v. Poland [GC], no. 30210/96, § 156-7, ECHR 2000-XI). - EGMR, 19.04.2007 - 63235/00
VILHO ESKELINEN AND OTHERS v. FINLAND
Auszug aus EGMR, 10.06.2010 - 12499/05
The Court does not discern any causal link between the violation found and the pecuniary damage alleged (see Vilho Eskelinen and Others v. Finland [GC], no. 63235/00, § 102, ECHR 2007-IV).

DIMOVA AND MINKOVA v. BULGARIA
It notes that the objections and arguments put forward by the Government have been rejected in earlier similar cases (see the above-cited Kabakchievi judgment, § 52; Pavlova v. Bulgaria, no. 39855/03, § 31, 14 January 2010; and Kotseva-Dencheva v. Bulgaria, no. 12499/05, § 28, 10 June 2010) and sees no reason to reach a different conclusion in the present case.
