Austria, no. 18294/03, § 48, 26 July 2007; Schutte v. Austria, no. 18015/03, § 38, 26 July 2007; Vitzthum v. Austria, no. 8140/04, § 31, 26 July 2007, and Hauser-Spor v. Austria, no. 37301/03, § 40, 7 December 2006).
