- EGMR, 28.05.1985 - 9214/80
ABDULAZIZ, CABALES AND BALKANDALI v. THE UNITED KINGDOM
Royaume-Uni, arrêt du 28 mai 1985, série A no 94, p. 44, § 96). - EGMR, 10.01.2002 - 53574/99
UNISON v. THE UNITED KINGDOM
Royaume-Uni (déc.), no 53574/99, CEDH 2002-I).

Demir und Baykara ./. Türkei - Streikrecht für Beamte
In the specific context of the present case, the responsibility of Turkey would be engaged if the facts complained of by the applicants - that is to say, principally, the non-recognition of their union by the State at the material time - resulted from a failure on its part to secure to the applicants under domestic law the rights set forth in Article 11 of the Convention (see Wilson, National Union of Journalists and Others v. the United Kingdom, nos. 30668/96, 30671/96 and 30678/96, § 41, ECHR 2002-V; and Gustafsson v. Sweden, 25 April 1996, § 45, Reports 1996-II).This case-law was referred to more recently, without being called into question, in 1996 and 2002, in the Gustafsson v. Sweden judgment (25 April 1996, § 45, Reports of Judgments and Decisions 1996-II) and in the Wilson, National Union of Journalists and Others v. the United Kingdom judgment of 2 July 2002 (nos. 30668/96, 30671/96 and 30678/96, § 44, ECHR 2002-V).

Sektion 2. Juli 2002 - 30668/96, 30671/96, 30678/96 -) . - OVG Nordrhein-Westfalen, 07.03.2012 - 3d A 317/11
Streikrecht für Beamte?
Vereinigtes Königreich , vgl. EGMR, Urteil vom 2. Oktober 2002 - 30668/96, 30671/96, 30678/96, Rdnr.
46, ECHR 2002-V, und Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions (LO) und Norwegian Transport Workers' Union (NTF), a. a. O., Rdnr. 95). - EGMR, 27.11.2014 - 36701/09
HRVATSKI LIJECNICKI SINDIKAT v. CROATIA
30668/96, 30671/96 and 30678/96, §§ 44 and 46, ECHR 2002-V.[36] The "horizontal effect" (effet horizontal, Drittwirkung) of workers" Convention rights in the context of a collective agreement has already been acknowledged by the Court in its seminal case Young, James and Webster v. the United Kingdom, judgment of 13 August 1981, Series A No. 44, § 49, and further developed over the years (see, for instance, Wilson, National Union of Journalists and Others v. the United Kingdom, nos. 30668/96, 30671/96 and 30678/96, 2 July 2002; Danilenkov v. Russia, no. 67336/01, 30 July 2009; and Vilnes and Others v. Norway, no. 52806/09 and 22703/10, 5 December 2012).
- EGMR, 11.01.2006 - 52562/99
SØRENSEN ET RASMUSSEN c. DANEMARK
Thus, in the context of Article 11, although the essential object is to protect the individual against arbitrary interference by public authorities with the exercise of the rights protected, the national authorities may in certain circumstances be obliged to intervene in the relationship between private individuals by taking reasonable and appropriate measures to secure the effective enjoyment of those rights (see, mutatis mutandis, Young, James and Webster, § 49 and Gustafsson, § 45, both cited above, and Wilson the National Union of Journalists and Others v. the United Kingdom, nos. 30668/96, 30671/96 and 30678/96, § 41, ECHR 2002 V). - EGMR, 01.12.2005 - 60665/00
TUQUABO-TEKLE AND OTHERS v. THE NETHERLANDS
The Court further reiterates that, pursuant to Rule 60 of the Rules of Court, claims for just satisfaction must, in general, be supported by independent evidence, failing which those claims may be rejected in whole or in part (see Wilson, National Union of Journalists and Others v. the United Kingdom, nos. 30668/96, 30671/96 and 30678/96, § 60, ECHR 2002-V). - EGMR, 21.11.2006 - 34503/97
DEMIR AND BAYKARA v. TURKEY
