    PIOTROWSKI v. POLAND

Having regard to the decision to examine the case simultaneously with the case of The Association of Real Property Owners in Lódź (no. 3485/02), pursuant to Rule 42 § 2 of the Rules of Court,.

In view of the foregoing, in particular its assessment of the global solutions adopted by the Polish State and the redress scheme available at domestic level, the Court holds that the matter giving rise to the present application "has been resolved" for the purposes of Article 37 § 1(b) of the Convention and that it is no longer justified to continue the examination of this case (see also The Association of Real Property Owners in Lódź v. Poland (dec.) no. 3485/02, 8 March 2011, §§ 88-90, ECHR 2011-...).
