Auszug aus EGMR, 09.12.2008 - 37470/06
Assuming the applicability of Article 13, the Court recalls at the outset that the effectiveness of a remedy within the meaning of Article 13 does not depend on the certainty of a favourable outcome for the applicant (Sürmeli v. Germany [GC], no. 75529/01, § 98, ECHR 2006-....). - EGMR, 27.06.2000 - 30979/96
FRYDLENDER c. FRANCE
Auszug aus EGMR, 09.12.2008 - 37470/06
The Court reiterates that the reasonableness of the length of proceedings must be assessed in the light of the circumstances of the case and with reference to the following criteria: the complexity of the case, the conduct of the applicant and the relevant authorities and what was at stake for the applicant in the dispute (see, among many other authorities, Frydlender v. France [GC], no. 30979/96, § 43, ECHR 2000-VII).

BÉLÁNÉ NAGY v. HUNGARY
The Court recalls that a petition for review before the Kúria is normally a remedy to be exhausted in civil, including administrative, litigations (see Béla Szabó v. Hungary, no. 37470/06, 9 December 2008). - EGMR, 08.10.2013 - 50367/08
TOROCZKAI v. HUNGARY
The Court has already held that a petition for review is, for the purposes of Article 35 § 1 of the Convention, an ordinary remedy to be exhausted in civil matters (see, mutatis mutandis, Béla Szabó v. Hungary, no. 37470/06, § 16, 9 December 2008).
