of the CCP As regards the domestic complaint about the length of proceedings, the procedure is divided into two principal phases: (i) a finding of a violation of the "reasonable time" requirement and, subject to the relevant conditions, (ii) the determination of damages to be paid to the complainant (see Bara and Kola v.
