SYSSOYEVA ET AUTRES c. LETTONIE
Lettonie (déc.), no 50029/99, 12 septembre 2002). - EGMR, 12.09.2002 - 50029/99
L. and G. S. v. UNITED KINGDOM
The Government further submit that the settlement of the applicants' civil claim on 23 April 1986 constituted adequate redress in respect of the complaints made in the application to the Commission (cf. Nos. 5577-5583/72 Donnelly and six others v. the United Kingdom, Dec. 15.12.75, D.R. 4, p. 4; No. 6504/74 Preikhzas v. Federal Republic of Germany Comm. Report 13.12.78, D.R. 16 p. 5; No. 8865/80 Verband Deutscher Flugleiter e.v. v. Federal Republic of Germany, Dec. 10.7.81, D.R. 25 p. 252 and No. 9320/81, D v. Federal Republic of Germany, Dec. 15.3.84, D.R. 36 p. 24. Present application distinguished on its facts from the Inze judgment, Eur. Court H.R., judgment of 28 October 1987, Series A no. 126). - EKMR, 05.05.1988 - 12446/86
ALSTERLUND v. SWEDEN
Although she brought the proceedings as a labour dispute against her employer, and although the relations between employer and employee normally fall under the concept of "civil rights and obligations" in Article 6 (Art. 6) of the Convention (cf. No. 6504/74, Dec. 7.12.77, D.R. 12 p. 5), it is doubtful whether the particular issue which the applicant raised in the court proceedings falls within the scope of that Article.
