AVSAR c. TURQUIE
Auszug aus EGMR, 06.10.2009 - 30742/03
As pointed out in the judgment in the case of Avsar v. Turkey (no. 25657/94, §§ 413-414, ECHR 2001-VII (extracts)), the village guards operated outside the normal structure of discipline and training applicable to gendarmes and police officers, it was thus not apparent what safeguards there were against wilful or unintentional abuses of position carried out by the village guards either on their own initiative or under the instructions of security officers (see also Acar and Others, cited above, § 84). - EGMR, 13.06.1994 - 10588/83
BARBERÀ, MESSEGUÉ AND JABARDO v. SPAIN (ARTICLE 50)
Auszug aus EGMR, 06.10.2009 - 30742/03
This may, if appropriate, include compensation in respect of loss of earnings (see, inter alia, Barberà, Messegué and Jabardo v. Spain (Article 50), 13 June 1994, §§ 16-20, Series A no. 285-C).

PAÇACI ET AUTRES c. TURQUIE
Eu égard à la manière dont les requérants présentent leurs griefs, la Cour estime opportun d'examiner ceux-ci uniquement sous l'angle de l'article 2 de la Convention (Teren Aksakal c. Turquie, no 51967/99, § 57, CEDH 2007-X, Balcı c. Turquie, no 31079/02, § 26, 17 février 2009, et Seyfettin Acar et autres c. Turquie, no 30742/03, § 21, 6 octobre 2009). - EGMR, 12.03.2019 - 5809/13
KARACA v. TURKEY
Turquie, no 25657/94, § 414, CEDH 2001-VII (extraits)). - EGMR, 10.12.2013 - 33614/10
ACAR AND OTHERS v. TURKEY
In those cases, taking into account the substantial delays involved and the serious nature of the alleged crimes, the Court held that the criminal proceedings, which had then been pending for over seventeen years, could not be considered as furnishing an effective remedy which the applicants were required to use under Article 35 § 1 of the Convention (see Seyfettin Acar and Others v. Turkey, no. 30742/03, § 24, 6 October 2009; Acar and Others v. Turkey (dec.), nos.
